Storehouse::greater huntsville house of prayer is a prayer and mission base for the northern alabama area. The Storehouse is but one expression of the movement of the Holy Spirit throughout the world to renew and equip the church to be keepers of the two greatest commandments: to love God with all our being and to love our neighbors as ourselves [Mark 12:30-31].
Jesus prayed that his followers would be united as one. "May [my disciples] be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me." [John 17:23] It is the heart of the Storehouse ministry to demonstrate the unity of the Body of Christ and to strengthen local churches.
As demonstrated many times throughout history, a new work of God is initiated through believers who cry out to the Lord day and night [Luke 18:7]. Through music, the prophetic word and prayer, intercessory worshippers seek the face of the Lord and yearn for the powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit. It is through this anointing that Christ followers are equipping to live sacrificially and lovingly the life of Jesus in a darkening world.
